Riprendo un bel post di Vittorio Pelligra<\/a> che commenta il nuovo libro di Richard Layard<\/a> e Jean Emmanuel De Neve<\/a> dal titolo Well Being, Science and Policy<\/a>. Gli autori rimettono al centro dell’azione politica e di governo l’obbiettivo della Felicit\u00e0. Come riassume Pelligra i policy maker realmente interessati al benessere dei loro cittadini non dovrebbero concentrarsi troppo sulle questioni economiche. Dovrebbero invece lavorare su altri fronti che hanno un impatto molto maggiore sulla qualit\u00e0 della vita dei loro concittadini. In ordine di importanza verrebbero i temi della salute mentale, di quella fisica, non solo quello dell’occupazione ma della qualit\u00e0 del lavoro, il sostegno alle famiglie e ai legami comunitari pi\u00f9 in generale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come sostengo da tempo, se l’economia recepisse obiettivi di felicit\u00e0 ne deriverebbe che le aziende e gli imprenditori per garantire la loro licenza di operare dovrebbero adottare in modo importante anche tali obiettivi supersndo il solo profitto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CFO illuminati in questo rinnovato ambiente avrebbero facile gioco nell’inserire misure di felicit\u00e0 ed affiancarle al risultato finanziario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
