Ora che lo abbiamo guardato da un nuovo punto di osservazione, il mondo pre Covid-19 era tutt\u2019altro che perfetto. E il cambiamento pu\u00f2 essere lo strumento giusto per migliorarlo. Per questa ragione preferiamo parlare di Fresh Start <\/a>piuttosto che di New Normal. Il New Normal rappresenta l\u2019adattamento all\u2019emergenza, Fresh Start, invece, vuole aprire, anzi spalancare, una finestra sul cambiamento: come approcciarlo, svilupparlo, guidarlo, sfruttarlo e, infine, trarne valore<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fase1, Fase2, Fase3. Lockdown. New Normal. Sono alcune delle keyword che ci hanno accompagnato durante l\u2019emergenza legata al Covid-19. Pi\u00f9 che le parole, per\u00f2, sono stati i fatti a cambiare il nostro modo di vivere, lavorare, socializzare, divertirci. E, alla fine, a farci pensare che il mondo non sarebbe pi\u00f9 stato quello che conoscevamo. \u00c8 proprio in questa prospettiva che assume particolare rilevanza il concetto di cambiamento. Perch\u00e9 questa terribile crisi, prima sanitaria, poi economica e sociale, pu\u00f2 assumere anche la valenza dell\u2019opportunit\u00e0 grazie al cambiamento. Ora che lo abbiamo guardato da un nuovo punto di osservazione, il mondo pre Covid-19 era tutt\u2019altro che perfetto. E il cambiamento pu\u00f2 essere lo strumento giusto per migliorarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per questa ragione preferiamo parlare di Fresh Start piuttosto che di New Normal. Il New Normal rappresenta l\u2019adattamento all\u2019emergenza, spesso a costo di grandi sacrifici, da parte di persone e organizzazioni. Fresh Start invece vuole aprire, anzi spalancare, una finestra sul cambiamento: come approcciarlo, svilupparlo, guidarlo, sfruttarlo e, infine, trarne valore. Non solo attraverso la visione e il ruolo dell\u2019innovazione, ma anche fornendo una piccola \u201ccassetta degli attrezzi\u201d da tenere a portata di mano e utilizzare in base alle necessit\u00e0.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
